Daniel the engineer, punctual, friendly, quick, knowing exactly what was required to do the repair and carrying it out astonishingly fast. Arranging the repair on the phone was very efficient throughout. Cost steep in the circumstances but relieved to get the garage door working again.

I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me.
